Kilkeel Library

The Education Authority appointed Maghera Developments to demolish and remove the existing library and construct a new two storey library on the same site.

Designed to meet BREEAM requirements, the project was registered with the ‘considerate contractor’s scheme’ achieving a ‘very good’ rating with ‘performance beyond compliance’.

In recognition of our contribution to an accessible, user-friendly environment, the library was awarded a Prestige Access Award with the William Keown Trust.
